Floor water detector
|
This detector gives the alert whenever there is water on the floor.
It can prevent major water damage, and it is particularly useful in high risk locations such as: boiler rooms, cellars, car parks, laundries, kitchens, swimming pool filtration compartments, control rooms, computer rooms, etc
The sensor is of completely static design for total reliability.

Presentation
The Aqualarm Conductivity detector is made up of the following parts :
- An electronic receiver placed in a PVC box.
- A single 213 647 sensor with a two metre cable.
As an option, it can be provided with an audible warning device (220V bell).
How it works
The «Electronic Receiver» sends out a safety Voltage of 24Veff. to power the «Sensor» which is connected to it and placed on the ground. The electronic receiver is fitted with a relay to provide an alarm, an indication or a command.

Sensors
As standard, the Aqualarm comes with a single 213 647 Sensor.
This sensor is fitted with a two-metre cable (lengths of greater than 2 metres available on request).
Several sensors can be connected to the same electronic receiver. They must be fitted in parallel.
The Double Sensor 213647/1, in addition to detecting water on the floor, can be used to detect a high alarm level, defined when ordering. This double sensor is connected to two electronic receivers, one to detect water and the other for the high alarm level (see connection diagram on page 2/2).
